Tip: You can customize with any spices you want, but the flavours will concentrate during the dehydration. Take it easy! ¼ teaspoon of spices should be enough.


Crunchy Kefir Cheese Bites Recipe
These small bites of kefir cheese offer a concentrated flavour and an addictive texture that will keep you reaching for more.
Equipment
- Silicone sheet for dehydrator or parchment paper
- Dehydrator
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk kefir cheese
- ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste)
Steps
- Mould the cheese into small balls of about 1 teaspoon and place them on the silicone sheet or parchment paper. You can use an ice cream scoop to make the balls.
- Dehydrate at 35°C (95°F) for 8 to 12 hours, or until the cheese offers some resistance while remaining crumbly.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Keeps for 2-3 weeks.
