Virgin Bloody Mary Recipe
Equipment
- 1 Mixing glass or shaker
- 1 small strainer
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup plain water kefir
- 6 ice cubes
- ⅔ cup tomato juice
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 drops Worcestershire sauce
- Korean chili flakes (or Espelette pepper, to taste)
- Celery salt (to taste)
Steps
Prepare the Beverage
- Place the ice cubes in a mixing glass or shaker.
- Add the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and water kefir.
- Mix vigorously or shake the shaker for a few seconds.
Serve and Adjust the Seasoning
- Strain the mixture through a sieve and divide between 2 glasses.
- Add a pinch of celery salt and chili pepper to taste.
